1. Overview

DocShift.us provides cloud-based document utilities, including PDF conversion, merging, splitting, compression, document signing, image format conversion, and ZIP/Archive tools.

DocShift.us is owned and operated by Shannon Lovingood.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products on DocShift.us are digital tools, accessed directly through the website. No physical goods are shipped.

Access to purchased tools or license keys is delivered immediately after payment via on-screen confirmation and/or email.

All purchases are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. DocShift.us does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewals.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must only upload files they legally own or have rights to use.

Prohibited activities include:

• uploading illegal or harmful content
• processing copyrighted material without permission
• processing government IDs, medical documents, or sensitive personal documents
• abusing the platform, attempting to bypass security, or interfering with service operation

4. File Handling

DocShift.us processes files temporarily and deletes them automatically after processing is finished.

Details:

• Files are not stored long-term
• Files are removed after the requested action completes
• We do not retain backups or archives
• DocShift.us is not a cloud storage or file-hosting service

Users may create an account or use a license key to access premium tools, but:

• account data is separate from uploaded file content
• uploaded files are never linked, stored, or attached to accounts
• uploaded documents remain private and are never reviewed, analyzed, or shared

This ensures full privacy and security for all file operations.

5. Payments & Access

All payments are securely processed through our payment provider. We do not store or handle full credit card numbers.

Purchases unlock instant access to the selected tool or license package.

Refunds are available for 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within this period.

We are not responsible for:

• lost files
• processing errors
• data corruption
• damages resulting from use of the service

Use of DocShift.us is at your own risk. No warranties of any kind are provided.

9. Website Security & Payment Processing

DocShift.us is committed to protecting your information and ensuring secure transactions.

PCI Compliance: All payment processing is handled through our secure, PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

Secure Connection: Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

Card Networks: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions comply with card network rules and regulations.

All prices on DocShift.us are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are clearly marked on each product listing.

11. Cancellation Policy

Since all products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases cannot be cancelled once access is granted.

However, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under our refund policy (see Section 6).
